2024 ‘Yellow Flower’ Pecorino
Kersbrook Vineyard, Adelaide Hills
From the Kersbrook Vineyard at the northern end of the Adelaide Hills. A textural white, originally from the hill of Abruzzo and Marche in central Italy.
Grapes were whole-bunch pressed before being fermented in seasoned French oak. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation was left to occur, and the wine rested on lees for 9 months, building complexity.
